Dates: ASAP
Board Certification Required: Yes
License: Any State
Days: Mon - Fri 8am-4:30pm
5 days per week, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Call: NONE
Clinic Volume: About 18-22 patients per day
Mostly Appointment but occasional walk-in
Clinic Info: 110 Employees, 12 Providers (FP/IM/UC/PEDS/Dent/Pod/Opt) Lab, X-Ray, Mammo, US, Pharmacy, PT
Duties: Outpatient only, hospital call optional for additional pay, Supervision of NP/PA required
Salary: $285K/yr
Benefits: Full Package, Signing and relocation bonuses, Incentive program
EHR/EMR: DENTRIX, transitioning to EPIC
