We have made significant enhancements for physicians as well including an easier to use, more intuitive Web site. We have added the ability for physicians to save your position to their toolbox, email your position to a friend and add personal notes to your position that they may reference at any time. We are confident our new features will provide you with the ability to quickly and easily find qualified physicians.
As customers of the new MDsearch.com, your positions will be posted across multiple sites including Indeed.com which averages over 7 million unique visitors a month and SimplyHired.com which has extensive partnerships with other sites such as FaceBook and LinkedIn. A result of the acquisition, there will no longer be reciprocating job postings with LocumTenens.com. Your jobs will no longer be automatically visible on LocumTenens.com, however, all LocumTenens.com customers are welcome on the new MDsearch.com. MDsearch.com plans to continue expanding its posting network to deliver additional exposure for all of your open positions.
In gratitude and support of its long term customer base, MDSearch.com will continue to offer its existing clients, free, unlimited job posting packages through the summer of 2008. New clients are always welcome as MDSearch.com will continue to offer competitively priced package options.
To post a position or manage your current positions on the new MDsearch.com simply log in with your existing username and password. Once logged in, click on the manage jobs link in your toolbox in the upper right hand corner. From here you will be able to edit all of the current jobs you have on the site or add a new one.
Add a new Job
Simply click the add job button to create a new position posting. Once you have completed the create a job form, you may select the Save Job button, which allows you to save and activate the job at a later time; or you may select the Save and Post Job button, which will save and post the job within minutes on our site.
To post multiple jobs, please use our XML feed tool. Please call our customer service department at 800-930-0863 to learn more about this exciting new feature.
Edit a Job
You may edit a job at any time. To edit a job, select the create/edit button next to the job you would like edit. You can also view a job at any time by selecting the create/edit button.
Activate or Deactivate a Job
Your job(s) can be active or inactive on our site. An active job means that the job is posted live on our site, and an inactive job means that the job is not live on our site. You may activate or deactivate a job at any time. To change the status, select the activate or deactivate button next to the job you would like to update. If you have selected to activate a job post that has expired, you will be prompted to pay for the job post.
Copy a Job
If you would like to duplicate a job post, select the copy button next to the job you would like to duplicate.
