Emergency Medicine - Adding an additional physician to Emergency Room seeing 11,000 patients per year. Shifts are 12 hours- single physician. Backup of orthopedic surgery, urology, ENT, pediatrics, ob/gyn, general surgery. Student loan repayment, relo.

Four Seasons. No state income tax, no food sales tax, 4 % sales tax, No HMOs. Great economy. Mountain ranges, snowmobiling, 4 wheelers, horseback riding, skiing, fishing and hunting. Community of approx. 10k with a county population of approx. 40k.
