Job Description

Looking for a BC/BE Family Practice physician. Candidate must be interested in a rural practice that includes clinic, hospital and low volume ER call. Optional OB and endoscopy. Work in clinic 4 days/week. Average # clinic visits per practitioner--15-18/day. Rotate equally for ER call. Provider Staff includes 7 Family Practice physicians, a CRNA and 3 FNPs. Service area population 15,000. OB 85 deliveries/year. ER 2,000 visits/year. Employed position $160,000 ($120,000 base salary plus $40,000 ER-call compensation). Additional bonus range $34,000 to $74,000/year. Insurances: Malpractice coverage Health insurance for physician and family; Disability and Life insurances for physician. Retirement benefit. Hospital contributes up to 4% of gross earnings to 401K-type program. 5 days CME/year; $5000 CME expenses; $1,500 for dues, memberships, licensure fees. 20 days vacation/year. Relocation Assistance.
