An established critical care program in Las Vegas community hospital is seeking fellowship trained critical care physicians with procedural proficiency and some cardiovascular surgery recovery experience to join an existing group as part of an expanded coverage model. We are seeking three new candidates – general intensivists and an intensivist with significant neuro-critical care experience/interest. All critical care tracks will, however, be considered. Candidates should be committed to growing a cohesive critical care group practice utilizing evidence based protocols. Opportunities include resident teaching, curriculum development, committee leadership, and protocol enhancement.
• 47 ICU beds total (12 sicu, 23 micu, 12 nsicu)
• Intensivists care for the sickest patients at MVH - 8-14 patients/day.
