Hospitalist Position in Central FL - suburban Tampa!

Hospital Employed Setting
Seeking a hospitalist to provide inpatient care for BHDC employed physicians and other area physicians.
Strong base of both hospital employed and private physicians in service area that are committed to referring to the hospitalist program. 
Reason for Search: to meet demand of increasing ADC due to expansion of employed physician network growth  (from 2 employed in 2014 to 13 in 2015 / early 2016)
Goal would be a 7 on / 7 off model / schedule.

Expectations of Hospitalist: admitting, rounding, ICU coverage of all patients Med Surg, Tele and ICU is applicable.
Average daily census per shift would be 10-15.
Competitive Financial Package, salary based on MGMA guidelines, incentive bonus, quality bonus, nice benefits, CME, vacation, relocation expenses, commencement bonus, potential medical education debt assistance, residency stipend. 

NOTE: One primary care hospital employed incoming physician who starts in late 2016 will begin working as one of the hospital's hospitalists in 2017.
2015 ADC = 50
2015 ED volume = 18,000 visits
Emergency Department has 20 beds with 1 MD and 1-2 mid-level providers.
NOTE: incoming physicians seeking a nocturnist role will have a higher base pay.
