Primary care practice seeks to replace a physician who’s left on sabbatical leave. Work in a collegial environment with 2 midlevels. Take over existing patient load from day one. Responsibilities involve a wide scope of outpatient adult and geriatric medical care including some ancillary services. Make-up of practice is currently 70% geriatrics and 30% adult medicine; however the practice can be tailored differently. Other subspecialties welcomed. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm. Patient appointments begin at 9am with last appointment at 4:30pm.
