Nurse Practitioner job located in Arizona

Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a family medicine setting in Tubac, a small community about 25 minutes south of Tucson. An Internist will be seeing patients at this family medicine office two days a week whereas the Nurse Practitioner will staff the practice 5 days a week, so the candidate needs to be comfortable practicing independently.

The candidate may choose to live in Tubac, or in Green Valley/Shauarita, a family-oriented community 15 miles north of Tubac. The candidate could live in Tucson, but that would be a 25-mile drive one way.

This is an excellent opportunity for that Nurse Practitioner who enjoys the full spectrum of patient care, from Peds through Geriatrics (no OB), with a special emphasis on rural health care.
