Pediatrics Opportunity in Northwest Pennsylvania!!

Seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join private practice. It is the sole pediatrics practice with about 75,000 in it's referral area.  The physician can expect a call of 1:4  and to see on average about 20-25 patients each day.

The ideal candidate is a licensed professional prepared in a pediatric residency program who manages actual and potential heath problems based on the area of specialty. The health conditions include common, complex and/or advanced diseases needing intensive medical supervision of the prescribed treatment plan. This physician practices independently and interdependently by collaborating with the mid-level providers, community health nurses and other health care providers in and around the area.

Medical Center is a 237 bed community hospital with a medical staff of over 140 representing 37 medical and surgical specialties. The “low risk” level one nursery and New Life Unit at the Medical Center see approximately 550-600 births each year. The six bed pediatric unit has an average in patient census of about 15 patients each month with most stays averaging two days.
