WHO WE ARE:
We are an aesthetic & plastic surgery clinic based in Nashville, TN. Our company has specialized in minimally invasive surgical procedures, and over the last four years we have become the market leader. After our second year in business we expanded and opened our second location. Our goal is to offer men and women a complete comprehensive solution to fit any cosmetic and aesthetic need. The clinic has two non-plastic physicians that focus primarily on aesthetic procedures, and one surgeon that focuses on cosmetic and plastic surgery. Over the next few years we anticipate to further expand and grow into additional locations. *Not affected by the market crash, Nashville is considered one of the strongest markets in the country that is expecting to grow over another million people by 2030. We are located in one of the most affluent areas in the entire state with a strong educational system.

WHY WE ARE LOOKING:
Due to our restructuring and growth of the plastic surgery business we have been forced to turn patients away or schedule them out to far. This is why we are looking to hire a board-certified/board-eligible plastic surgeon.

Our current aesthetic practice see's hundreds of patients that walk through the door every month, and patient overflow has driven a need for a plastic surgeon. With our continued growth year over year, and the cities record breaking expansion, we know the surgeon will thrive in this opportunity. Our clinic allows the surgeon to act with complete autonomy, yet will not need to deal with the daily mundane tasks that impose financial limitations. Candidates considering this opportunity will have an outstanding quality of life, great work life balance, take little to no call and will be off on holidays and weekends.

IDEAL CANDIDATES/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The practice model will be setup as a traditional plastic surgery practice within the cosmetic clinic, however you can choose your patient mix. The ideal candidate would either be a new/recent graduate surgeon that is looking to start a new practice but does not want to be the junior partner or take the financial risk. Or, a seasoned surgeon that would like to limit his/her reconstructive/trauma responsibilities for a better quality of life. In either circumstance the candidate will not have to share in any of the risk generally associated with starting a new practice.

Physician would be required to sign a minimum three (3) year commitment with partnership opportunities.

Physician would be required to train on additional procedures that fit business model and/or the market deem necessary.

Physician must be in good standing with medical board.
