-New program -Need 3 staff and one director -Block scheduling once staff is in place -100 bed facility. -Program to start 10/01/06 -165k plus full benefits and bonus for new grads -8 to 10 hour days--no nights until 24x7 program -ICU covered by pulm/cc ph
