Job Description
New program is starting in Southern New Jersey. They are hiring 3-4 hospitalists. Work 7 on, 7 off. Census is 15. Hospital is 245 beds. Population is 5000. Philadelphia is only 35 miles. This is an employed position by the group. They are offering $130,000 with bonuses up to $150,000, malpractice insurance, tail coverage, health insurance, 401k, 4 weeks of PTO, CME stipend and all dues. Total compensation between $150,000-$180,000.
