Job Description
Large hospitalist group is starting two new hospitalist programs in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Work at only one facility. Block scheduling, 7 days on and 7 days off. 12 hour shifts both day and night. Both groups will hire four physicians and a director. The census will be between 15 and 20. This will be an employed position with a base starting at $150,000 for a new resident plus productivity bonuses, malpractice with tail, life insurance, disability, $2,000 CME allowance, 3 additional weeks vacation, health/dental with small co-pay and a 401K starting in January with 2% matching. Both communities are under 100 miles from Pittsburgh and Erie and offer tons of outdoor activities and great family
