Job Description

A Medical Center on Florida’s Emerald Coast is seeking a neurosurgeon to join two general neurosurgeons with the emphasis being spine surgery.

Employee leading to shareholder . Contract – 2 year w/bonus potential. Bonus formula – 50% - net practice income minus expenses, including salary. Benefits – malpractice, dues, health/life/disability insurance, PTO (paid time off 19 days per year), 5 CME days plus stipend for CME expenses per contract year, Pension/profit sharing (after 1st year). Salary is competitive.
