Cardiology-Non-Invasive Hospital Based job located in Pennsylvania

Seeking a Locum Cadiologist to start March 4, 2024 
Schedule: Full Time
Length of need: 12 weeks - for a maternity leave
Support Staff: MA, LPN, PA, CRNP
Frequency of Weekend Call Requirement: Every 4th weekend
Frequency of Weekday Call Requirement: 1-2 weeknights a week
Outpatient, ED, and Inpatient Cardiology coverage.
 Echo reading, Performance/Reading of TEEs, EKG and Monitor interpretations, Monitoring stress testing. 
No clinic appointments will be assigned. 
Inpatient Consult volume 11-25 per day. 
Echo reads average 25 per day; including stress testing. 
Adult population >18 years of age. 
Do not see pediatrics. 
The expectation is the on-call Cardiologists needs to be available to report to the hospital if required for the treatment of the patient. 
The frequency of the Cardiologist needing to report is very low. 
Most issues are managed over the phone.
 E.g. reviewing an EKG which can be sent to the providers device.

Technology in Use: Epic, MUSE, Xcellera for Echos
Special Procedures/Unit Details: TEEs, Stress Testing.
COVID Vaccine required.
