• Multi-specialty group of 30 physicians (general cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, cardiac EPs, thoracic surgeons, etc.)
• Heart failure clinic joining one other heart failure cardiologist, specialized heart failure nurses, and support team
• Strong referral base from in-house and system providers
• 800-bed hospital and Level II Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI & Resuscitation
• BE/BC and Fellowship in Heart Failure
