Riverside Medical Group is seeking an Emergency Department Medical Director for Riverside Doctors’ Hospital Williamsburg.

• Provide clinical leadership to ED physicians & APPs
• Collaborate with providers, staff & personnel to ensure high-quality emergency care that meets standards of care
• Work collaboratively w/ ED nursing leadership, executive leadership & inpatient care team
• Exemplify service excellence
• Work w/ advocates & coordinators to resolve grievances
• Facilitate outreach with EMS
• Promote community programs
• BC in EM
• Min 5 yrs clinical practice w/ leadership exp.
• Residence within Williamsburg service area preferred
• Unable to sponsor J1s
