Our client is seeking a part-time or full-time Primary Care Physician for an outpatient opportunity in Bakersfield, CA. The physician will provide primary care, chronic disease management, and promote health & wellness principles to the employees and dependents of a local employer. This "patient-centered" practice opportunity is at the cutting edge of health and behavior change and offers a lifestyle few in the medical community get to enjoy.

Highlights:

•  Manage only 10-15 patients per day
•  Predictable workweek - 20 to 40 hours, flexible based on the candidate
• Few administrative hassles – no billing or coding, and admin time is built into the schedule (no need to take work home)
•  $250,000 - $285,000 base salary plus 10% quarterly quality bonus

 Qualifications:

• Board certified/eligible in family medicine or internal medicine/pediatrics
