(Login for Information)s, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO is seeking a BC/BE, Primary Care Physician to join one of our Port Orange facilities located in Volusia County.  Our model is preventative care based and we are a company that values quality of care over quantity of patients seen. Office hours are flexible, outpatient only, call is 1 in 3 and very limited we have a call center and a Nurse line 24/7.  The Port Orange facility offers Behavioral Health, Endocrinology, Extended Hour Care Center, Primary Care, Lab, Pharmacy, Ultrasound, and X-ray all onsite.  New grads & experienced welcome!  If you are looking for a great work / life balance look no further.

Position Details

• 18 – 20 Patients per day
• Outpatient only
• Flexible 40-hour work week
• No Weekends
• Limited call

Qualifications

• MD / DO
• BC / BE
