Primary Care needed to "float" amongst offices - Tampa, FL

Opportunity is for Board Certified IM or FP primary care physicians who would be willing to Float.
Clients docs who "float" are in a job that is full-time with full benefits, same basic standard employment contract.
Floats move around to cover offices in the Tampa Bay area where there is a hole, Monday through Friday 8-5, no hospital.
Average 12-15 mostly geriatric Medicare HMO patients per day.
Could be to fill in for PTO or CME, maternity, or a gap where we have an open position while recruiting.
It’s a great opportunity to come into client to become acclimated and learn their model. Per client, "We try to keep the provider within a reasonable commute from home (30-45 min to get around is not uncommon in the Tampa Bay area).
We have had Float providers who initially float, then move into a permanent location when one opens up that is mutually suitable."
They can cover any of the offices in the Tampa Bay area, but again, we try to work the schedules so they don’t have too far to travel. We pay mileage at the IRS rate. They get a schedule a couple of weeks in advance so they can plan ahead. They usually stay a full day at one office, and may return for more days, or may go to another office, depending where the need is. Total comp $220-230k, full benefits including PTO and CME.
