Hospitalist Opportunity

Employee of 287 bed, not-for-profit hospital, in Northern New York.
Salary of $195,000 for Board Eligible & in process of Board Certification
Salary of $215,000 upon completion of Board Certification 
Signing bonus of $15,000
Educational Loan Repayment $10,000 per year 
Relocation moving expenses up to $10,000 with receipts
Very successful adult medical service Hospitalist program 
7 days on 7 days off
3 Physicians on day shift; 1 physician on night shift; shifts are rotated
Medical staff of 180 physicians – subspecialty support 
Life Insurance 
Health insurance, individual or family, 80% paid by MC; includes prescription plan
Dental insurance, individual or family, two plans to choose from
Occurrence medical liability insurance; $1.3 million each/$3.9 million aggregate (Lowest geographical area of malpractice claims in New York State)
401-k program participation after 90 days of employment
401-k match by MC after one year anniversary
7 days of paid vacation/annual 
Pension plan contribution by MC after one year anniversary-calendar year
Tax-deferred annuity program
Reimbursement of NYS license and DEA registration
