Their team includes Family Physicians, Internists, Pediatricians, Obstetricians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Dentists, Registered Dieticians, Counselors, Health Educators and Support Staff.
They are currently seeking primary care to staff a small clinic in Dixon; outpatient only

This is a Joint Commission accredited community health center. whose locations are a mix of urban and rural areas that include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Urgent Care and Dental plus an expanding list of specialties. Because of our status as a Federally Qualified Health Center, providers are eligible to participate in a State Loan Repayment Program.
