Primary Care Physician / Premium Production Bonus!
Expanding Primary Practice Group in Jacksonville, FL within minutes to beautiful beaches and Saint Johns River communities. Group has a significant footprint with 50+ providers in 6 outpatient clinics. Full spectrum practice , including family and internal medicine, urgent care, pediatrics., and inpatient services. Support a diverse established patient panel , including underserved to managed care. Collaborative teams. Great work/life balance!
Requirements:
- Board Eligible/Board Certified
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Managed care experience
- FL license, or eligible
?Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive guaranteed base salary
- Production incentives bonus (25% of base), paid quarterly
