Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine Physician The Villages, FL
We are looking for a motivated Physician to join us full time providing care within skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities within the Villages area. We are looking for a provider that has a passion for geriatrics and enjoys working with this population. Provider would round in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities (Primarily Skilled) and provide care to geriatric patients in these communities. The average patients seen per day is approximately 20 patients, after that there is a production bonus per patients seen. The physician is responsible for completing clinical notes within 48 hours and follow proper compliance guidelines for patient care and referrals upon discharge. We are a progressive private practice that has been proudly serving our SNF and ALFs for over 12 years. We focus on patient care, not simply production.
Requirements:
- MD or DO BCBE in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Palliative Care, and/or Internal Medicine
- Active medical license in FL
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Salary (range):
- $220 -$250k (depending on experience, board certifications ) Potential for higher depending on candidates’ production and individual drive.
