Urgent Care Physician Raleigh, NC 27609
We are looking for an Urgent Care Physician to join our group full time in Raleigh, NC. We are an independent Urgent Care clinic, that is growing and looking to add a 4th provider to our team. This will be a Monday through Friday position from 8am- 5 pm with no weekends. We see a mixed aged patient panel with mostly private insurance coverage. This is an Outpatient only position, covering our private Urgent Care practice Monday through Fridays. The physician will be required to see and treat a wide variety of health care issues in patients of all ages in our busy center.

Duties:
- Performs and documents history and physicals of patients
- Evaluates and treats common acute conditions, illnesses, or minor trauma
- Performs in-office procedures
- Orders and interprets X-rays and other diagnostic tests as needed
- Prescribe medications, DME, treatment plans
- Consistently and accurately documents all calls, treatments, medications, etc. in patient chart
- Instructs and counsels patients regarding diagnosis and follow up steps
- Responds to all patient questions
- Assists physicians in addressing urgent patient needs as necessary
- Performs other duties/projects as assigned
- Collaborate/Supervise other medical providers, NP’s, and staff as needed
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Must be comfortable/able to see patients of all age ranges
- NC Medical License
- DEA Registration
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8 am to 5 pm
Salary:
- $220k-$240k per year
