- Same day sick visits
- 4 day work week. 32 hours?
- We are a member of Lifespan health system with 125 providers in 20 office locations
- We are a patient centered medical home group practice
- Focus on teamwork, innovation and improving patient care
- We provide primary care, behavioral health, immediate care and specialty services. Lab and imaging services available
- eClinicalWorks EMR
