Primary Care Practice is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician to join their team. Enjoy a rural lifestyle in our newest state of the art primary care clinic with the support of our nearby multi-specialty group. This practice consists of two physicians and two advanced practice providers when fully staffed.1st Year Salary Range: $281,468 to $304,290 Standard four-day work week Outpatient only with 1:5 nurse triaged, very light call Lab draw, X-ray, anti coag, dietary, and behavioral health onsite Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support in Moses Lake and Wenatchee 15-20 patients per day EPIC Electronic Medical Record Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. and#8211; 5:00 p.m. J1 Candidates considered We provide physicians with a robust benefits package which may include: Silver Award Winner of the AMAand#8217;s Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout. Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidateand#8217;s qualifications.
