Nurse Practitioner Ventura, CA
$125,000 - $150,000
Part time vs Full time
We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Ventura, CA. Our state-of-the-art office is in Ventura, a beautiful coastal city north of LA. We are looking for a provider who can join us providing direct patient care full time or part time within our medical practice. Our ideal NP is comfortable collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patient’s health and wellness concerns. Job duties include performing trigger point injections and Regen med injections, as well as offering several other therapies for health and wellness.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation for acute concerns and Annual Wellness exams (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care
- Treatments- perform trigger point injections, joint injections (US guided), Cosmetics (ex: Botox, fillers, etc), PRP therapy, and prolotherapy
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from and accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- NP license in CA
- Candidate must be Medicare credentialed or able to be credentialed
- Experience with joint injections a plus
Compensation:
- $125,000 - $150,000
