Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner Glen Burnie, MD (15 miles to Baltimore)
compensation range 120k to 135k
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join us Full-time at our medical practice in Glen Burnie, MD. We are a well-established pain management practice, with over 5 years of experience serving the community of Glen Burnie. We have an excellent reputation for providing quality, compassionate care and we are looking for an individual to join us that has similar mind-set. Our practice is Ortho/Spine oriented and offer procedures such as joint injections, trigger point injections, occipital nerve blocks, with or without ultrasound are daily routine.
Duties:
- Direct Patient Care
- Patient exam/evaluation (Past medical history, physical exams, review pertinent medical records/imaging)
- Discuss patient symptoms and concerns
- Diagnosis and Treatment Plans
- Treatments to include Prescribing medications if medically indicated
- Order imaging/labs
- Collaborate with the Physicians re: patient care when required
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Patient education
Schedule:
- Full time
- Monday – Friday
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an Accredited PA/NP program
- PA/NP license in Maryland
- Experience in Pain, Spine/Ortho field is preferred
