Nurse Practitioner Marmora, NJ

Monday – Friday ( ½ days on Tue/Fri)

We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Marmora, NJ. We are looking for a provider who can join us on a full-time or part time basis providing direct patient care. Our ideal NP is compassionate, has great communication skills, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point and joint injections as well as IV therapies. We prefer a NP who has joint injection and IV experience, orthopedic or weight loss experience is a plus.

We employ the latest forms of integrative medicine techniques, to free patients from debilitating pain, encourage healing and mobility, and help regain an active lifestyle.  We have a dynamic, well-educated team of medical professionals including Chiropractors, Occupational Therapists, Medical Director and Exercise Specialists and amazing support staff.

Duties:

• Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
• Order and review tests/labs
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
• Manage patient care
• Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections, IV therapy
• Documentation and progress notes
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• Graduation from and accredited NP program
• NP license in NJ
• Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
• Experience with joint injections a plus

Schedule:

• Full time or Part time
• Monday thru Friday
• Tues and Friday hours (8 am -12 pm)

Compensation:

• $60-$70 per hour (DOE)
