Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Plainsboro Township, NJ 08536
PT- 20 hours per week
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse practitioner to join our medical practice part time in Plainsboro, NJ. Ideally, we are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who has experience in family medicine or internal medicine, has strong communication skills, can work independently with strong time management skills, has excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new programs quickly, and has a thorough knowledge of health care regulations and best practice. This is a part time position, working weekday mornings, approximately 20 hours per week.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluations (physical exam, review pertinent medical history/records/imaging)
- Order/review diagnostic testing/labs/bloodwork
- Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
- Patient education re: diagnosis, treatment plan options and lifestyle modifications
- Provide advice and counsel to patients, their families and the patient's physician
- Treatments for acute and chronic conditions
- Administer medications and provide treatments
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Collaboration with the MDs and staff for comprehensive patient care
- Make phone calls/emails as needed or required for patient care
- Medication refills as needed
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner program
- Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner license in NJ
Schedule:
- Part time
- Mon-Fri 8AM to 12PM = 20 hours/week Part time
Salary (range):
- $55-$65/hour
