Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Little Silver, NJ
We are looking for a motivated Physician assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Little Silver, NJ. We are looking for a provider who can join us on a full-time basis providing direct patient care. Our ideal Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is comfortable collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to our patient’s primary care concerns, as well as addressing acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Job duties will include performing injections for musculoskeletal concerns i.e., pain and osteoarthritis, training will be provided for ultrasound guided injections.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging) for primary care and MSK concerns
- Order and review tests/labs (Interpreting EKG, diagnostic imaging, pulmonary function tests, etc)
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care
- Treatments- perform US guided joint injections (training will be provided)
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in NJ
- Primary Care, Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with US joint injections a plus
Compensation:
- $60-$90 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
- Full time (Monday -Friday)
