Job Description
Seeking a BE/BC Occupational and Environmental Medicine physician to join our program.
This role thrives in providing quality patient care, committee participation, and didactic training to residents and medical students.
An established occupational health clinic that is a member of the Association of Occupational and Environmental Clinics (AOEC) and that offers a broad range of occupational health services to workers, employers, and other clients from across the region as well as professional physician services at selected plant-based facilities.
One of only two ACGME-accredited occupational medicine residency programs, and is partially supported through a NIOSH Training Project Grant as well as CMMS-capped GME positions.
A newly established public health/general preventive medicine residency in a sister Department of Preventive Medicine and Population Health.
-A robust portfolio of grants, contracts, and research initiatives in related occupational, environmental, and public health disciplines (e.g., occupational respiratory diseases). This includes the NIOSH-supported Southwest Center for Agricultural Health, Injury Prevention, and Education.
