--Allergy and robust audiology presence in the community 
--Private Practice with 4 general ENT providers only minutes from the hospital with procedure space 
--Brand new state of the art office with latest technology including CT scanner 
--Strong Primary Care and Pediatric referral base 
--Inpatient and Outpatient 
--Call for group 1:5 and 1 weekend in 8-9 days, ER call is 3-5 days per month
