Our ideal candidate is one who thinks outside the box and has an integrative mindset. The core of our practice has been in developing a new model for treating physical pain that avoids the standard of care opioid/surgery pathways. We've been very effective in our model and starting to look to scale it. Psychiatry has been a healthy chunk of our trifecta model (biomedical, kinesthetic, biopsychosocial), and given our success in the pain arena, we are now applying the same innovative approach to mental health.

We are offering great benefits and partnership track. A fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to have an innovative role in developing our model! Our mental health division is a focal point for the near future and among the innovative elements currently being used or in development are:

  • Ketamine-assisted therapy
  • Transcranial magnetic stimulation - both in application and research
  • Cohort development in theme-based group therapy (eg Pain & coping, Movement, Lifestyle, Vices, Affective disorders)
  • Gamification of personal healing journey (Lifestyle Medicine)
  • Future opportunities under consideration - novel therapies for addiction; psychedelic-assisted therapy; transformational retreats
