Job Description
Coastal Maine facility seeking Locum BC Psychiatrist to fill an urgent need
4 days per week, full time with some call.
8-5ish schedule
Looking for a provider asap for 3, 6, 9 months or what the provider can offer
Night call (some), weekend call and holiday call will be required
8 Patients per day on average
Inpatient only
Total # of beds = 18
2 Psychiatrists in the group
2 Advanced Practice Providers support the group
There are no psychologists
It is optional if the Locum Psychiatrist would like to Supervise
EMR: EPIC
Trauma Level 3
All Adult Patients
Required Treatment Disorders: Anxiety Disorders, Affective Disorders, ADD/ADHD, Personality Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, & Drug use disorders, withdraw
Provider must have familiarity with Addiction
Requirements: active ME license, BLS, clean background, COVID & Flu Vaccine
