Job Description
Seeking a locum BC Radiologist to start late April 2024
Contract Length: 12 mos
Shift Details: 6:45a – 5pm
Start Date: 4/20/2024
Schedule: Sat/Sun (1) 10hr shift every 4th week plus Call
Support staff: Radiology Techs
Amount of coverage needed per month: Full Time
Patients per day: 120 average reads per day – Solo site but they have other sites that can remote in and help read
Patient population/age: Ped - Adult
Department description: General diagnostic radiology including mammography and low volume interventional mammography. Plain films, Ultrasound, CT (General and Neuro), MRI (Neuro), some Nuc Med
Mammo procedures needed – Needle Localization, Stereotactic biopsies, Breast Ultrasound biopsies, Breast MRI biopsies, and Fine Needle Localization
Must be onsite
EMR: EPIC, PACS – Merge and Phillips VUE, Voice Recognition System - Powerscribe
Work Equipment: GE, Siemens
Hospital bed size: 90
Special procedures: Neuro MRI, NM General including musculoskeletal
Skills required: Trauma Level 3/4
Practice Setting: Hospital
Requirements: SC license, DEA, CSR, BLS, minimum 2 years of experience, fellowship preferred
