Job Description

Multiple Primary Care & Urgent Care - Central N J
Great location near Long Branch & East Brunswick...
Several options exist including Outpatient Medicine, Traditional practice or
Urgent Care.
Normal office hours M-F. Currently NO weekends.
On Call is shared between the physicians within the office on rotation.
Compensation can vary, depending on how many days the provider is willing to
work. There is the potential of incentives and bonuses
We would love to have providers that are looking to take ownership. We have a
lot of retiring shareholders that need to be replaced over the next 3-5 years.
We provide full benefits and 401k for full-time employees.
The new primary care physicians will be working in a busy physician office or a
walk-in clinic providing primary medical care services to the patients. The
physician will complete timely and legible medical records for the patient. At
times consult with a specialists regarding patient referrals: assists in
providing appropriate medical information during the provision of specialty care
and assist in securing ancillary services requested by a consulting physician.
The physician must meet or exceeds productivity goals in regards to patient
visits and participate in physician's QA program. One must be able to assess and
respond to urgent issues in a competent manner. The physician needs to have an
effective relationships and communication with the staff at all levels of the
organization.
Qualifications:
Must graduate from an accredited Medical School. Board Certified in primary care
(family practice or internal medicine) or board eligible if physician has
graduated within the last 2 years. Must be licensed in NJ and with an active DEA
license. Must have experience working with an EHR system.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
The physician must have a professional attitude and adhere to office policies
and procedures. Present a positive attitude toward patients, families, and
coworkers continually looking for ways to serve and impact guests positively in
a variety of situations while being courteous, respectful, and friendly. A
willingness at all times to go the extra mile to create an outstanding
experience for customers and to train and lead the center team to do the same.A
desire to work in concert with others in an upbeat and supportive atmosphere
while reinforcing the group's mission to provide uncompromising service. A

every day.
