Urology Hospital Based job located in Arizona

Kingman Arizona Urology Position

-Kingman AZ is located 108 mi south of Las Vegas NV (about an hour and a half) and 173 mi from Sedona AZ (about 2 and a half hours). It is a town of approximately 30,000 people.

-The job is a 1099 contract position with Resolute 360. Physician is an independent contractor (self-employed) and is expected to carry their own Liability insurance, and is responsible for their own personal insurance.

-The job pays $2000 per day to provide Urologic services to Kingman Regional Medical Center (a minimum of 2 weeks a month is required). *Physician can opt to work more and will be compensated at the $2000 per day for each additional day worked.

-Physician can opt to provide Telehealth services on days that they are not providing Urologic services (this can be done remotely from home) and will be compensated at a rate of $1500 per day.

-Travel and Lodging expenses will be covered
