There is an opportunity to join a thriving Urology practice located within an hour of Lexington, Kentucky. The practice currently has two skilled Urologists on staff.

Opportunity

• Employed position.
• 2 days in the clinic; 2 days in the OR
• Bread & Butter Urology-expect 30-35 cases.?
• 159 beds + 5 ORs
• Planning to add Robot by next year.
• Open to H1-B and J-1 Visa candidates.
• Ability to mentor both Residents and students

Compensation

• MGMA median salary - 2-year income guarantee
• Then go on work RVU productivity
• Ability to earn up to the 90th %ile-$900K
