Job Description
Join a close-knit anesthesia team at a modern 25-bed critical access hospital near Steamboat Springs, where CRNAs enjoy meaningful practice, reliable hours, and a lifestyle that's hard to match.
This role offers excellent pay, schedule stability, and the freedom to truly live outside of work.
The Package:
Predictable 4-day schedule with genuine work-life balance.
$288,000 W-2 compensation plus full benefits.
6 weeks PTO + $7,500 CME.
The Scope:
Shared Friday coverage—only about two per month.
Wide procedural variety: Surgery, Ortho, Pain, ENT, GYN, Dental, Ophthalmology.
Strong support in a collaborative, low-ego environment.
