Job Description
Lead a team of CRNAs at a thriving critical access hospital in Northwest Iowa and have complete autonomy in handling patient care.
Position Details:
Chief CRNA opportunity
Pratice 100% independently with no physician oversight
Enjoy unprecedented quality of life working a 4-day work week 7a-4p, with no nights, no weekends, and no holidays
Bread-and-butter cases including General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Podiatry, and Obstetrics
Compensation and Benefits:
Highly competitive $350K base salary with incredible benefits including IPERS, malpractice with tail coverage, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, and more
$50k signing bonus, $12k relocation stipend, and 8+ weeks PTO
1099 employment model available
