Start Date: as soon as credentialed, takes close to 90 days
Shift Description: Fri-Mon
Hours: 10 hours, evening and day shifts available
Call: none
ORs: ORs on Saturday (+ OB) and 7 ORs on Sunday (+OB)
Cases: ortho, vascular, head spine, neuro, OB, Regionals, Pediatric, Thoracic
Medical Direction from Anesthesiologist: Yes
License: MO license or IMLC
EMR: Epic
