Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Locums Job in Washington | 12-Hour Shifts - Nights | Ongoing Coverage Starting 1/2/2026 | Assignment #112169

Coverage Needed:
-- 1/2/2026 – Ongoing
-- Night Shifts (7pm-7am) needed for the following dates:
    -- 1/16-18
    -- 2/22
    -- 3/2-5, 3/8, 3/13-15, 3/20-22, 3/27-29
    -- 4/24
    -- 5/17, 5/25-28
    -- 6/5, 6/29-30
    -- 7/1-2
-- Facility accepting multiple providers

Shift Descriptions:
-- 12-hour shifts, Monday – Friday plus weekends
-- Schedule composed of 3 or 4 shifts

Requirements:
-- Board certified
-- Must be licensed in Washington or IMLC
-- ACLS and BLS certifications
-- Anesthesia skills: Adult, Pediatric, Trauma, Spinal, Epidural
-- Obstetrical cases

Assignment Details:
-- Level III trauma facility
-- Case mix includes ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics,
podiatry, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no CT or Neuro)
-- Support 7 ORs in main Surgery department, 4 ORs at adjacent Surgi-center, 2 GI treatment rooms, 1 Bronchoscopy room, and 1 Cath lab
-- EMR: Epic
-- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
-- Temporary privileges available
