Exciting opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking Dermatology practice with multiple locations throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.

The Opportunity:
- Collaborative team of 5 BC physicians and 12+ APPs.
- Practice at one primary location, in a modern, dynamic environment, no inpatient, weekends or call
- Autonomy and flexibility to design your own schedule, including a 4-day work week, and tailor your caseload with general dermatology, cosmetics, and even MOHS if desired.
- Competitive compensation and benefits package: $400k Base salary plus uncapped productivity incentive on wRVU model, up to $200k package for sign-on, relocation and/or student loan repayment, annual APP supervision stipend, 401k match, Malpractice with tail, CME, health/dental/vision, Unlimited PTO
