A clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in California on the West Coast.

The position focuses on chronic care management for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid disorders. It involves treating adult patients aged 18 and older, with pediatric patients (17 and under) being optional. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Thursday, for a 12-month term, with shift hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
