This correctional facility provides outpatient primary care services to adult male patients in a maximum security environment. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery and maintains standard clinical procedures to ensure continuity of care. Clinicians are expected to deliver professional and accurate care within the framework of correctional healthcare.

Eddyville, Kentucky offers access to outdoor recreational activities including boating and fishing on Lake Barkley, hiking, and golfing. Several parks and additional points of interest are located within a few miles of the town center.

The DNP will provide outpatient primary care services to adult male patients in a maximum security correctional facility during day shift hours. Clinical responsibilities include delivering primary care services within the corrections environment and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Clinicians are expected to manage approximately 1525 patients per day. Prescriptive authority is required for this position.
