This Federally Qualified Health Center provides comprehensive primary care services to the community with a focus on accessible healthcare delivery. The facility operates with full support staff including dedicated medical assistants, registered nurses, and physicians to ensure efficient patient care coordination. Credentialing requires approximately two months for completion.

This coastal area features numerous community gatherings throughout the year, including food festivals, county fairs, and nature shows. The region hosts arts and crafts fairs, garden tours, and an annual Sand Sculpture Trail during warmer months. Popular attractions include whale watching excursions, historical tours, and various outdoor recreational activities that draw visitors to this scenic destination.

The nurse practitioner will deliver comprehensive family medicine care in a Federally Qualified Health Center environment, managing diverse primary care cases for adult patients 18 and older. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing chronic conditions, providing preventive healthcare services, and maintaining accurate medical records while seeing approximately 20 patients per day. The clinician will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating Saturday coverage and one evening shift until 7:30 PM weekly, participating in flexible call coverage approximately once every four weeks. Collaboration with dedicated medical assistants, registered nurses, and physicians on staff ensures quality healthcare delivery within the FQHC framework.
