- Light call only 4 - 6 times per year, phone-only consultation
- Board-certified or residents welcome
- Reasonable patient load of 15 - 20 patients per day
- Team-based care approach with nurse practitioners on staff
- Comprehensive on-site services including lab, imaging, and minor surgery
- Electronic health records with patient portal technology
