- Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm with 30 minute lunch break
- 14 patients per day in VA setting
- Outpatient clinic setting
- Team-based approach with nurses, pharmacists, social workers
- Adults only patient population
- Complex chronic conditions including diabetes, heart disease, COPD
- Mental health factors including PTSD, depression, anxiety
- No call and no weekends required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
